Kim Jong-un to meet Japan PM as North Korea launches charm offensive

NORTH Korea leader Kim Jong-un and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe are ready to stage a summit to discuss the whereabouts of Japanese nationals abducted in the 1970s and 1980s, as well as the reclusive state’s vow to move towards denuclearisation as North Korea launches a charm offensive.
